Prices:
All information on goods or services as well as prices in the EXA Store online shop are non-binding. Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the statutory value added tax.
Collection from our warehouse:
Please contact us on 078 245 83 67 to arrange an appointment for collection. The collection will take place in front of our warehouse at the address given. Please bring your invoice with you for collection. Thank you very much.

EXA Store GmbH delivers exclusively to customers with residence or registered office in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. Orders with delivery to another country cannot be accepted or carried out. By placing an order via the EXA Store online shop, the customer confirms that their place of residence or registered office is in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Shipping costs:
The shipping costs are not included in the price of the goods in the online shop and are only calculated and shown when the order is placed.
The shipping costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the order, so this list serves as a guideline:
0 g to 250 g = CHF 4.00
250 g up to 2 kg = CHF 8.00
2 kg to 5 kg = CHF 10.00
5 kg to 10 kg = CHF 14.00
10 kg to 15 kg = CHF 19.00
15 kg to 20 kg = CHF 24.00
20 kg to 25 kg = CHF 30.00
25 kg to 30 kg = CHF 35.00
From a purchase value of CHF 80.00, delivery is free of charge.
Shipping is by post and DPD at the discretion of the online store operator.
Delivery by post and DPD:
As already mentioned, delivery is carried out by Swiss Post and DPD. Delivery usually takes place within 3 working days. These delivery times are for guidance only and are not binding. Deliveries by DPD or post are made without prior notice.
DPD parcels are deposited when the customer is absent. If the customer wishes the parcel to be deposited or not deposited when absent, the customer can contact DPD Customer Service in this regard. If the customer does not wish the parcel to be delivered to the drop-off box, the customer must clarify this with DPD Customer Service.
The goods must be checked by the customer for transport damage or other defects immediately upon receipt. Any damage must be reported immediately by the customer by e-mail to admin@exastore.ch to EXA Store GmbH immediately.
When specifying the shipping time, we refer to working days, which are all days except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. The public holidays from the registered office of EXA Store GmbH as well as the registered office of the commissioned courier, the corresponding post offices and the domicile or registered office of the customer are taken into account here.
Conclusion of contract:
By placing an order via the EXA Store online shop, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping basket. After receipt of the order, the customer receives an automatically generated confirmation of receipt of the order. This confirmation of receipt is not yet a promise that the product is actually available or can be delivered. A contract is not concluded until EXA Store GmbH confirms acceptance of the offer by e-mail or the order is delivered to the customer.
EXA Store GmbH reserves the right to refuse to conclude a contract without giving reasons. Orders and agreements made by telephone shall only be valid if they are confirmed by EXA Store GmbH in writing by post or by e-mail.
The customer agrees in advance that EXA Store GmbH may communicate with him/her exclusively in electronic form, in particular also issue invoices in electronic form. In addition, the customer also agrees that EXA Store GmbH may keep customer files exclusively in electronic form.
Payment modalities:
The customer pays for the ordered goods in advance, see the section on payment methods. EXA Store GmbH only accepts payments in Swiss francs (CHF).
Payment methods:
The following means of payment are available to the customer:
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- TWINT
Twint is a Swiss company that enables its customers to make payments simply, securely and quickly. With this payment function, customers can pay directly in the app using their smartphone. The amount is debited directly to the account or the linked credit card. There are no additional costs. When purchasing via Twint, the customer also accepts Twint's general terms and conditions.
- Credit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, ApplePay
When paying by credit card, the amount of the order will be charged on the day the order is received. For credit card payments, the customer is automatically forwarded to the payment service provider after completing the order in the EXA Store online store. The customer enters their credit card details directly on the payment service provider's website via a secure connection. No credit card details are stored in the EXA Store online store.
EXA Store GmbH reserves the right to obtain creditworthiness checks on the customer and may forward customer data to third parties for this purpose.
Furthermore, EXA Store GmbH also reserves the right to restrict the aforementioned means of payment for each order or to oblige the customer to pay via other means of payment.
EXA Store GmbH does not assume any transaction charges arising from payment transactions. This applies in particular to payments made at the post office counter. Here, depending on the order value, the fees for this are charged on or are already to be taken into account by the customer in the payment.

Delay and non-fulfillment:
The obligation of EXA Store GmbH to deliver shall not apply if EXA Store GmbH itself is not supplied by its suppliers with respect to the goods ordered by the customer or is not supplied in a timely manner and it is not possible for EXA Store GmbH to procure these goods from third parties under equivalent conditions and within a reasonable period of time.
If the aforementioned points do not lead to the impossibility of delivery, but only to delays in delivery, EXA Store GmbH may also choose to wait until a maximum of 30 days before making delivery. The customer's right of withdrawal is excluded during this period; the right of withdrawal and the customer's warranty rights remain reserved.
For these aforementioned cases of impossibility of delivery or delay in delivery, EXA Store GmbH excludes any further obligation to pay compensation, in particular liability for damages, to the extent permitted by law.
Return of articles:
The goods must be returned to EXA Store GmbH at the customer's expense within 7 calendar days of revocation if the revocation provisions have been fulfilled. The date of the postmark or the handover to the carrier is decisive for the return.
The customer acknowledges that if the packages are opened, hygiene articles such as e.g.: Shavers, toothbrushes, underwear, swimwear, etc. cannot be returned. Also excluded from the right of return are pet food and gift cards, even if the packaging is closed. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and intact, and in the original packaging, also intact, at the customer's expense to the following address: EXA Store GmbH, Grabenstrasse 1A, CH-9470 Werdenberg.
After receipt of the returned goods, the customer will be refunded the value of the goods by EXA Store GmbH, provided the goods are in perfect condition. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Shipping costs / delivery charges already incurred will not be refunded. The right of withdrawal only takes effect under the above-mentioned conditions.
Warranty:
EXA Store GmbH endeavours to deliver goods of impeccable quality and guarantees that they are free from defects at the time of delivery.
The two-year warranty period from the date of delivery shall always apply, whereby EXA Store GmbH may provide the warranty at its discretion by means of rectification, replacement delivery, rescission or reduction. The invoice shall be deemed to be the warranty certificate.
A return by post or carrier of an item purchased via the online shop is only possible with the corresponding return documents, which you will receive by e-mail from EXA Store GmbH. A generally comprehensible description of the defect must be included. At the request of EXA Store GmbH, photos showing the defect must also be provided. The goods must be returned to EXA Store GmbH within 7 calendar days of recording the warranty claim. The date of the postmark or handover to the carrier is relevant for the return.

Return costs:
The return costs / transport costs shall be borne by the customer; excluded from this are return and transport costs which arise through the fault of EXA Store GmbH (products which are not identical to the order, thus incorrectly delivered products).
Excluded from the warranty:
Wear parts or parts that show normal wear due to the use of the article are excluded from the warranty; these can be ordered on request as spare parts at a charge. This also applies to:
- Parts which suffer a defect due to poor or irregular care of the goods or as a result of heavy soiling.
- Damage caused by overstressing, e.g. weight, heat etc.
- Damage, due to incorrect manipulations, interventions and tampering
- External circumstances such as damage caused by the elements, moisture, falling, impact damage, etc.
Limitation of liability:
Unless expressly granted otherwise in these GTC, the liability of EXA Store GmbH for all direct and indirect material damage and personal injury as well as lost profits, lost savings or claims by third parties is excluded.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction:
Legal disputes and all legal relationships with EXA Store GmbH are subject to Swiss law. The Vienna Sales Convention (CISG) is explicitly excluded.
The place of jurisdiction is 9472 Grabs, St. Gallen.
Notes on data protection:
Data that you transmit to us or that we can obtain from the use of our offer will be treated by us strictly in accordance with the valid data protection regulations.
