Modified starch serves as a thickener, stabilizer or filler. It can be used as a carrier for vitamins and flavorings.
The difference between conventional starch and modified starch is that modified starch is more stable than conventional starch. This means that with conventional starch, the binding and consistency is lost due to longer cooking times and a skin is formed during long standing times, in addition, the prepared dish is often not freezer stable. Another difference as well as advantage is that modified starch can be stirred in cold.
The applications of our modified starch are versatile, e.g. for fillings, puddings, yogurt, soups, sauces, dressings, mayonnaises and many more.
The modified starch is packed in a light-protected, resealable aroma protection bag.

Shipping is by post and DPD at the discretion of the online store operator.
Delivery by Swiss Post and DPD
As already mentioned, delivery is carried out by Swiss Post and DPD. Delivery usually takes place within 3 working days. These delivery times are for guidance only and are not binding. Deliveries by DPD or post are made without prior notice.
DPD parcels are deposited when the customer is absent. If the customer wishes the parcel to be deposited or not deposited when absent, the customer can contact DPD Customer Service in this regard. If the customer does not wish the parcel to be delivered to the drop-off box, the customer must clarify this with DPD Customer Service.
