Shipping is by post and DPD at the discretion of the online store operator.
Delivery by Swiss Post and DPD
As already mentioned, delivery is carried out by Swiss Post and DPD. Delivery usually takes place within 3 working days. These delivery times are for guidance only and are not binding. Deliveries by DPD or post are made without prior notice.
DPD parcels are deposited when the customer is absent. If the customer wishes the parcel to be deposited or not deposited when absent, the customer can contact DPD Customer Service in this regard. If the customer does not wish the parcel to be delivered to the drop-off box, the customer must clarify this with DPD Customer Service.
The goods must be checked by the customer for transport damage or other defects immediately upon receipt. Any damage must be reported immediately by the customer by e-mail to [email protected] to EXA Store GmbH immediately.
When specifying the shipping time, we refer to working days, which are all days except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
